Bueno, este disco ya tiene un ratillo por ahi me parece que desde el 2007, aun asi es una chingoneria de disco.
New Young Pony Club es una banda inglesa. como muchas de ella que imponen estilo, sin embargo ellos mas bien lo redefinieron, tomaron la escencia de la onda CSS, (Cansei de Ser Sexy), y pero con un tempo mas digerible.
Asi es cada rola con una escencia tan buena como las letras polemicas de esta banda, que hablan de amor, desamor, sexo y pasion. un constante beat de bateria y una calmada voz que explotan en cada coro siendo lo mas pegajoso que he escuchado en un rato, todo esto con un fuerte tendencia a lo sexy.
sin duda excelente material que te pierde en un sencillo juego de beat y voz, pero de baja frecuencia, para algunos puede rayar en lo monoto pero cada cancion tiene ese sello unico que hace que la tararies por separado durante todo un dia.
cada pieza es una joya y derroche de ritmo constante, no sabria como ubicarlos en sonido con relacion a otras bandas, creo que lo mas cercano seria Cansei de Ser Sexy pero eso es comparar peras con manzanas.
Lo mejor del album (muy dificil decision)
DESCEND: El mas claro ejemplo del ritmo de bateria en conjunto con la voz como introduccion a la cancion y a la onda del grupo en general.
ICE CREAM: otra carta fuerte del album, excelente cancion con ese soft touch sexoso, dificl de ver para unos pero digerible por todos.
la siguiente es dificil de decidir pues todo el disco, que es debut, esta increible.
pero si es necesario escoger una rola tal vez seria:
GREY: otra excelente y representativa pieza del estilo del disco.
En resumen: super album un must para todos.
